Marea coordinates all aspects of the real estate transaction after ratification. She schedules all inspections, walk throughs and closings. As a vital member of the Drew Sineath Team, Marea processes all contracts and carries them through to closing.

Kristen is a 2007 graduate from the College of Charleston. With a degree in Business Administration and Marketing, she is responsible for the firm's marketing efforts. Having been born and raised in the Lowcountry, she has knowledge of the area and strong family ties to the lowcountry. Kristen is currently training to work with Larry as our listing coordinator. She looks forward to working hand-in-hand with our sellers to maximize their market exposure to sell their home quickly.

Andrea Parler

Originally from Atlanta, Ga., Andrea moved to Charleston 15 years ago in 1994. She graduated from Atlanta College of Arts in 1993 with a bachelors degree in fine arts and a major in photography. Since moving to Charleston, Andrea has lived in several different areas including Mt. Pleasant, North Charleston, Pinopolis/Moncks Corner and now lives on Johns Island with her husband of 10 years and their two Jack Russel Terriers. She is a member of The Center for Women and serves on her neighborhood's Architectural Review Board. She also enjoys photography in her spare time and has fun as the organizer of a women's book club. Andrea has been selling real estate throughout the tri county area for several years with a focus on assisting buyers. Andrea can help, whether you're a first time home buyer, wanting to up size, downsize, or looking for the perfect vacation home. Andrea is passionate about serving her clients best interest and enjoys all the challenges and accomplishments that each unique situation brings.
